so my friend gave me some tips for me to follow 

below is the tips:

1st) read Surah Al-Insyirah 3 times before studying

2) eat fish because it contains protein which helps your brain to be productive

3) do not study until u perform your prayer first

4) and sure,don't forget to read Quran in your daily live

kita lari ulang-alik-ulang ke cempaka and delima sebab rushing nak edit jumpa kenyit mata kat supervisor *xlupa makan tidur juga*

dalam hati memang ada ribut taufan

lebih kurang macam 'rough seas' dalam kes Torrey Canyon

tapi ni mybe lebih hebat lagi T.T

tapi aku tgk muka ko mcm cool je
